FAQ'S- (Frequently Asked Questions)...

Tickets

What are the ticket prices?
Ticket prices are determined by the age of the guest and vary depending on the specific production. Prices are shown on each show page. The age ranges for ticket prices are: Youth (18 and under), Adults, and Seniors (ages 55 and above.)
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! We offer group discounts for reservations of 15 or more guests. We also offer a military discount. Group and military discounts can be obtained by calling our Box Office at 803.802.2300. Occasionally, we may offer other special rates and discounts. If you would like to receive notifications of these special offers, please sign up for our e-mail list.
What is your policy for ticket cancellations, refunds, or order changes?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If your plans change and you are unable to attend on your scheduled performance date, you may transfer your tickets to a future show date with a 48-hour advance notice. This transfer option is available for up to 8 tickets. Entire groups may not transfer tickets once final payment has been received.
Do I need to print my tickets?
Group reservations of 15 or more should not print their own tickets, as they will have a designated cast greeter to help with seating. Parties of less than 15 may choose between E-tickets or Box Office Pickup. E-tickets may be printed or saved on your phone. Box office tickets may be picked up 1 hour prior to show time.
I have lost my tickets. What should I do?
Please search your email inbox for your ticket confirmation from Tix. If you cannot find your email confirmation or would like to confirm your reservation details, we’re happy to help. Please call our Box Office at 803.802.2300 for assistance.
What is your weather-related cancellation policy?
We rarely cancel shows due to weather. If there is a severe weather event, we follow local and state guidance regarding unsafe road conditions or shelter-in-place recommendations. If you believe severe weather will prohibit you from attending the show, please call our Box Office to discuss your situation with a representative in advance.
What time should we arrive?
We recommend that all guests arrive 45 minutes prior to your scheduled show time. Our lobby opens to the public one hour prior to the show. If you arrive early, you may visit the NarroWay Shoppes located across the parking lot. The lobby concessions and gift shop open with the Box Office.
What happens if we arrive late?

Sometimes you encounter delays despite your best plans. Please call (803.802.2300) if you know you will be arriving late. If lines are busy, leave a voicemail with your information and expected arrival time.

While we would love to seat you immediately, we’re not always able to do so. To ensure the safety of all guests, actors, and four-legged cast members, we cannot guarantee immediate entry to the theatre for late arrivals.

Theatre doors close promptly at show time. If you arrive after that time, the House Manager will determine when and where you will be seated. Please know that you may need to wait several minutes until a scene transition to enter.

Anyone arriving after the meal has been served will forfeit their meal.

Do you offer ticket donations for special events?
We are happy to support organizations in the community. We offer a limited number of tickets per year for charitable organizations. To request a ticket donation, please email information about your organization and the event to or visit our box office with printed materials.

Groups

Can I bring a group?
Yes, we love welcoming groups to our theatre! Whether you are organizing a church group, a family reunion, another organization, or just an assorted group of friends, we would be happy to host you. We offer group rates and resources for all groups of 15 or more. To be added to our group leader mailing list, please contact our box office by phone or email.
Is there a group discount?

Yes! Groups of 15 or more receive $2 off each ticket to Broadway-Style and Mystery Theatre shows. Groups with more than 15 paid tickets also receive one complimentary ticket when reserved by phone. Certain shows under "NarroWay Lite" do not offer group discounts as they are already priced at group values.

Please call for professional motorcoach rates or additional discounts for groups of 51 or more.

How do I make group reservations?
Call our Box Office at 803.802.2300. Our representatives will help secure a date and assist in planning your group’s visit. You may reserve your group of 15+ with a 25% deposit. The full balance is due 30 days prior to your scheduled show date.
We need to charter a bus. Can you help me?
We do not endorse any individual operator or business. The American Bus Association (ABA) has some resources that can help you locate a motorcoach company in your area. Explore their database by visiting buses.org. You may also call our box office to inquire about tour operators in your area that are familiar with NarroWay.

Children

May I bring children to the show?
We love creating memorable experiences for the entire family. Children of all ages are welcome. However, Broadway-style shows run approximately 3 hours in length and we have found they are generally best suited for children ages 6 and up. If you have a young child that becomes restless during the performance, please go to the lobby, where you can watch a live video feed of the show. Please know that if your child is causing a distraction in the theatre, our staff may come to your seat and ask you to exit to the lobby.
Can you provide age recommendations for your productions?

The content of all of NarroWay shows is family-friendly. Each Broadway-style show is approximately 3 hours long, with a 20-minute intermission. Certain shows under “NarroWay Lite” provide shorter experiences. Some shows contain more intense scenes. Parents should review photos and show information online to make a decision about suitability for the individual child. Call the Box Office if you need more information about a specific show.

Are car seats, strollers or baby carriers allowed in the theatre?
For safety reasons, we do not allow large items such as car seats, strollers, or baby carriers in the theater.
Do very young children need their own seat?
Yes. Because of the nature of dinner theatre as well as the physical layout of the theatre, a seat is required for every person in your party, regardless of age.

The NarroWay Experience

How long are the shows?
Broadway-style shows, "The Emperor's New Clothes," and Mystery Theatre shows last approximately 3 hours and include a 20-minute intermission. "The Nativity Set," "The Little Red Hen" and "Biblical Field Trip" are approximately 60 minutes when no meal is involved.
What time should we arrive?
We encourage guests to arrive 45 minutes prior to the scheduled show time. Theatre doors open 30 minutes in advance. Earlier arrivals may enjoy shopping at the NarroWay Shoppes. The show or dinner begins promptly at the stated show time. Guests not seated when serving begins may forfeit the meal.
Do you serve food at your productions?
All Broadway-style shows and Mystery Theatre shows include a meal, except on Sunday matinee (2pm) performances. The menu varies based on the production. We also have a concession stand with candy, popcorn, snacks, and beverages available. Guests are welcome to enjoy concessions items inside the theater during the show. Be sure to try our fresh-baked chocolate chip or salted caramel cookies!
When and where is the meal served?
All meals are served at your theatre seat. Each seat has an individual table with a cupholder. Meal serving times vary depending on the production. Please check the individual show page and find details under “what to expect.” Anyone arriving after the meal is served will forfeit their meal.
What if I have a food allergy or other special dietary restrictions?
If you have a known food allergy, please call our Box Office at 803.802.2300 to discuss your meal options. Vegetarian and gluten-sensitive meals may be requested when purchasing tickets. We cannot guarantee that our meals are free from cross-contamination of the top nine allergens.
What if I do not want a meal?
Most shows include dinner. When dinner is offered, all ticket options include the meal.
What is the dress code?
Most guests dress in a business casual style. We do not have a required dress code. You may choose to dress up or dress casually. We recommend that you bring a lightweight jacket or sweater in the event that the theatre is more chilly than you anticipate.
Is the theatre handicap accessible?

Our theatre is designed to accommodate guests who require wheelchairs or mobile transport and their companions. Our guests have options for wheelchair-accessible parking, restroom facilities, and theatre seating.

Not all seating is wheelchair-accessible, so it is important for you to request special accommodation when ordering your tickets. If you or someone in your party must remain in a wheelchair during the show, please call the box office to make your reservation at 803.802.2300.

All row 1 seats can be accessed without the use of stairs.

Do you allow service animals?
We welcome trained ADA service animals into our theatre. Not all seating locations are suitable for service animals, so it is important to request this accommodation when ordering your tickets. If you or someone in your party must be accompanied by a service animal during the show, please call the box office at 803.802.2300 to make your reservation.
Do you use live animals in your shows?
Yes! The animals you see on stage are a beloved part of the NarroWay family! Our four-legged cast members are housed in our on-site animal care facility, where the animals live, train, and enjoy outdoor grazing. Each of our four-legged cast members has a name that fits their unique personalities and background. You can learn more about their stories on the site dedicated to our 4-Legged Stars or when you come to see "Tales from the Herd!"
Can we take photos and videos?
Photos and videos of your visit can be a great way to remember and share your experience. Please feel free to use your camera right up until the start of the show. During the performance, we do not permit photography, video, or audio recording.

We use electronic surveillance across the property. And we partner with local law enforcement to ensure the safety of everyone who visits. We reserve the right to inspect any bag, container, or package that is brought into the theatre. Guests may be requested to return large items to their vehicles. Because of this, we encourage you to leave these items at home.
